Hazy, Hot and Humid. That is the forecast for today in much of the country. If you are an exercise addict, walk the mall or swim laps at the pool…….maybe you have an ice arena nearby! I will probably do a moderate walk on the treadmill in my workout room which should be pretty cool, followed by some yoga stretches. Remember to drink lots of water and DO NOT overexert yourself. Extreme heat lowers serotonin in the brain so if you are feeling a little down or sluggish, there is always dark chocolate to perk you up!

 

Update: I skipped the workout. Moving it to Sunday which is usually my day of rest!
