At last. A little heat and a day to celebrate. A quick workout before it gets too hot, then guilt free R and R. Now put together some of my lessons and grab a swimsuit for your body type, cover it with a kaftan or a maxi and protect your eyes with a flattering pair of polarized sunglasses. Stick you feet in a pair of wedges and enjoy a poolside or seaside libation. And while you have the shot glass, remember to put on enough sunscreen to fill it, every couple of hours. Enjoy soaking up a little Vitamin D and when it comes to the picnic food, look for some super foods first to balance out the burgers and dogs.
